These terms and conditions apply to the CS Sensei app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, developed by Denys Boiko (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as an ad-supported service. By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modification, or reverse engineering of the Application, any part of it, or its trademarks is strictly prohibited. All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and database rights, remain the property of the Service Provider.

Usage of the Application

The Application is designed to offer guidance and enhance gameplay efficiency for users. The Service Provider may modify, update, or charge for features or services at their discretion. Any charges will be clearly communicated to users in advance.

Device and Security Responsibility

The Application does not collect personal information; however, it is your responsibility to maintain the security of your device and ensure proper access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly discourages jailbreaking or rooting your device, as it can compromise the security and functionality of the Application.

Internet Connectivity and Data Charges

Some features of the Application require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for any issues arising from lack of connectivity or data limitations. If you use the Application outside a Wi-Fi network, your mobile provider's terms apply, and you may incur charges for data usage, including roaming fees. The Service Provider is not responsible for these charges or their impact on your use of the Application.

User Responsibilities

The Service Provider cannot be held liable for issues arising from your inability to meet these responsibilities or from relying on information provided through the Application.

If the Application is discontinued, you must cease using it and delete it from your device.

Liability

The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Service Provider is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of the Application or reliance on its features.
